Will it grow back thicker or darker?
No. Thickness and colour are decided by the follicle, under the skin — nothing here reaches it. What people notice is the cut end: a hair trimmed flat can feel blunter for a day or so before it softens. Same hair, same colour, same amount.
Will it cut me?
The cutter spins behind a perforated screen. Hair passes through the holes; your skin rides on the metal. That's the entire reason foil heads exist — you can go over the same spot repeatedly without the nicks or burn a blade gives you.
Does it leave a stubble line under makeup?
It cuts flat at the surface rather than at an angle, so there's no raised ridge for foundation to catch on. Most people apply makeup straight after with no extra step.
Coarse hair, or only peach fuzz?
Head 01 handles fine facial fuzz and everyday growth across face, neck, arms and legs. Head 02 is for the coarser, denser work — brow line, nostril, upper lip. Very long growth is easier if you trim it down first.
How loud is it?
A low hum, quieter than an electric toothbrush. You can use it in a shared bathroom or a parked car without announcing it to the building.
How does it charge, and how long does it last?
USB-C, with a USB-A cable in the box — laptop, wall brick, power bank, anything. It charges fully in a couple of hours and a single charge covers weeks of short sessions.
Does hair build up inside the head?
The head twists off completely. Brush it out, rinse under running water, dry, twist back on. Rinse the detached head only — don't submerge the barrel or the charging port.
Will it survive daily bag life?
Anodised metal barrel with a faceted base, not moulded plastic. The recessed power key won't switch on from pressure in a handbag, and the head threads on rather than clipping, so it doesn't pop off in transit.
